Told us there would be a roll away bed, and when we got there they didn't have one. Also, they wouldn't take my meal voucher over the phone for room service, so I went down there and when I went to the counter to order I told them I had a voucher, and they sent me over to customer service, I didn't have my I'd on me because I was in my pajamas with my son, at 11:45 at night. They would confirm my voucher, and I ended up paying for the whole meal. The lady at the counter lacked intelligence and speed for having to wait on people. Not happy with this place at all. Everytime we have been there , there's always some type of issue.
First time at this location. It is a long drive from Marana but we had a lot of fun playing the slots. Food was only average. If your in the San Carlos area it is worth the time to stop here. Good luck.
I stopped for a meal and fuel. The food was very good and inexpensive. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I did try the casino, a small but very clean place. Very efficient air conditioning, little or no cigarette smoke. I will definitely stop by again.
Exceptional customer service. Won some play money. Watched Monday night football on a projector screen. RV park was clean and gas station in walking distance, so as the casino. Last day.... found the pool. Great trip!
Fun, small casino outside of globe. The steakhouse has good happy hour and appetizers (drinks, wings, potato skins). Very friendly staff, great people. There's a rodeo there for events, might be fun to visit. The casino is small with different machines and a retro bar. I didn't stay at the hotel but it's there too.
